If you’re not using small business acounting software to do your invoicing and are looking for a stand-alone invoicing program that turns out professional looking product and is inexpensive, Greenerbilling.com may be the solution you’re looking for.

Greenerbilling is an estimating and invoicing web application designed specifically for microbusinesses, businesses with less than ten employees. It appears to have an intuitive interface and turns out a very professional looking invoice or estimate. And it’s been designed as an “international” invoicing application and can handle pesky taxes such as the GST.

Another extremely attractive feature is Greenerbilling’s Dirt Plan, which lets you pay as you go at $.50 USD per invoice – and you get five free invoices first. Greenerbilling also has monthly plans for businesses that need to send out higher numbers of invoices: Seedling (50 Invoices), Plant (300 Invoices), and Tree (Unlimited).
