An hour a day sounds do-able. Never really considered youtube/video marketing until I saw the news featuring ASDA the other day and an ex-renegade employee. Within hours, ASDA had interviewed and posted video comment from several of their employees in that particular store and turned what should have been a PR disaster into a total coup. Could well be worth getting a copy.
